Auto Custom Carpets – OEM-Fit Automotive Flooring & Floor Mats

Auto Custom Carpets, or ACC, is the industry leader in OEM-fit automotive flooring — including custom-molded carpet replacements, embroidered floor mats, and trunk liners. Proudly made to order in the USA, every ACC product combines precision fitment, durable materials, and timeless craftsmanship to restore or refresh your vehicle’s interior.

From classic muscle cars to modern trucks and SUVs, ACC products are the most cost-effective way to transform a worn or faded interior into one that looks, feels, and smells factory-fresh.

The ACC Story

Founded in 1977, Auto Custom Carpets began as a small automotive trim business and has since grown into the world’s largest manufacturer of automotive flooring products. Decades later, the mission remains unchanged:
Deliver exceptional products made in America, improve every day, and outperform the competition.

Operating from state-of-the-art facilities in Anniston, Alabama, ACC continues to lead the market through innovation, precision, and speed. From original-style loop and cutpile materials to modern Essex and vinyl flooring options, ACC products are trusted by restorers, collectors, and everyday drivers alike.

We’re honored to have earned the trust of millions of customers worldwide — and proud to continue setting the standard for quality, accuracy, and value in automotive carpet manufacturing.

Why Auto Custom Carpets?

Automotive flooring is not a side business for us — it’s our passion and sole focus.
ACC’s entire operation is devoted to engineering and producing the highest-quality carpet kits, floor mats, and trunk mats available anywhere. Each carpet is cut, molded, and trimmed using original manufacturer floor pan molds to ensure a precise, professional fit for every make and model.

Our team of experienced craftsmen, engineers, and technicians bring decades of expertise to every order. From material selection and dye matching to cutting-edge molding and finishing equipment, ACC’s pursuit of perfection is reflected in every detail.

The result? Automotive flooring products that install easily, fit perfectly, and perform beautifully for years to come.
